KSL Radio's multicultural broadcast is back in full swing. After a little slow down in activities from the tail end of 2007 due to funding hitches, the grass-root favourite broadcast targeted towards migrant communities is fully back, thanks to the Ministry of Education which provided the funding. New Face
There is a lot going on at the KSL Radio recently, a lot of changes that will enhance smooth and quality broadcast. For instance plans are underway to lunch a net version of KSL Radio. This will broaden the visibility and coverage range of the radio, as it goes global. Also, Radio Rainbow is working towards a Go-To-The- People program. This means that we shall in the future cover all kind of activities live and direct from location. Presently KSL Radio is putting together the tools needed for the purpose. We are also making some renovation in our studio so as to make it more comfortable for our content producers and their guests. Our new program timetable will soon be published. Some of the new programs coming up are 'Boabab', a magazine program in Wolof, and 'Ndi-Igbo Kwenu', a cultural magazine in Igbo.
